Room Hire

The meeting room can accommodate up to 12 people around a boardroom style table and up to 24 people classroom style.

• Voluntary/charity organisations;   £10 per hour or part thereof*
• Business organisations   £20 per hour or part thereof*

The main library can accommodate up to 40 people seated classroom style out of hours.

• Voluntary/charity organisations;   £20 per hour or part thereof*
• Business organisations    £30 per hour or part thereof*

*An additional charge of £5 per booking apply to out of hours bookings.

Refreshments, projector & screen, PC’s & flipcharts can be supplied (extra charges do apply).
