Our Complaints Policy

We love to hear from people who use the Library telling us how much they enjoyed their visit or attending an event.  We regularly ask people to fill in feedback forms so that we can keep doing those things that people like, improve on things where necessary, and give people an opportunity to suggest ideas that will keep the Library vibrant and relevant to our community. However, sometimes, with the best will in the world, we get things wrong.  We want to hear from you, if that is the case, and we have a complaints policy to help you decide which is the best way to go about it.  To find the complaints policy please click here.

Having to make a complaint and having to hear a complaint is not always easy but a complaint is an opportunity for us to address a concern and anyone making a complaint will be treated in a positive and respectful manner.  So if you have a complaint, please read the policy and decide how you wish to proceed, safe in the knowledge that we are grateful to have concerns brought to our attention.
