There are several ways in which you can help support The Library. We have options for both personal and business financial support.

To ensure that The Library can stay open in the long term, we need to raise enough funds to guarantee that our monthly income exceeds our running costs – energy costs, insurance, repairs and maintenance – which are approximately £25,000 a year.

For personal donations;

- - a monthly donation – starting from as little as £3 per month
  - a regular annual donation
  - a one off payment made to the library
  - supporting one of our fund raising events – either by attending or by donating prizes etc
  - sponsoring an activity
  - by remembering us in your will

Standing Orders

Payments made by standing order offer us the long-term security of knowing that we can continue to deliver valuable library services. In many cases, we are able to add to the value of donations by reclaiming additional Gift Aid from HM Revenue & Customs.

Corporate Sponsorship

If you feel your company can help us, we have a number of sponsorship packages.

Library sponsorship is a fantastic way to demonstrate your commitment to education and the valuable resources The Library provides to our community. As a sponsor, your business will gain brand exposure while reaching a targeted audience of potential customers from the local area, and beyond. It’s also a great way to show the community you support their community library.

By sponsoring The Library, we hope to help you:

increase brand visibility to the local community

entertain clients in a relaxed atmosphere
